The present invention relates to an absorbent for separating carbon dioxide used in carbon dioxide collection and more specifically, to a blending absorbent for separating carbon dioxide comprising 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol (AMP), ammonia (NH_3) and tertiary amine having a hydroxyl group and an amine group. The blending absorbent for separating carbon dioxide according to the present invention remarkably improves the absorbent performance of carbon dioxide by blending ammonia (NH_3) and reduces the loss of the absorbent by additionally blending the tertiary amine and reducing volatility due to the vapor pressure of an ammonia aqueous solution.
