The present invention relates to a tank mounting structure of a ship body and a tank mounting method using the same and more specifically, to a tank mounting structure of a ship body and a tank mounting method using the same which are able to: reduce time and labor force which are consumed for the mounting of a tank by guiding the tank to be mounted on a predetermined position in a ship; reduce mounting works by an assembly pre-construction of a guide bar and a guide rail which are used in the guide of the tank; increase accuracy and efficiency about the tank mounting work by suppressing the fluctuation of the tank which is caused by characteristics of a crane; reduce a time for the alignment of the mounted tank; prevent damage which is caused by a collision between the tank and the ship body and the cost generation and re-mounting work of the tank which are caused by the damage. The structure for mounting a tank on a ship body provided by the present invention includes: a guide rail which is vertically installed on the inner wall surface of the ship body; and a guide bar which is installed in the lateral part of the tank in order to descend along the guide rail.
