<p>The present invention provides a sludge treatment apparatus using hydrodynamic cavitation capable of treating sludge included in wastewater etc. and generating biogas through the sludge. Provided is a sludge treatment apparatus comprising a sludge storage tank for storing sludge; a cavitator for decomposing the sludge ejected from the sludge storage tank through cavitation; an anaerobic digestion tub for generating biogas by supplying anaerobic fermentation strain to the sludge ejected from the cavitator and ejecting the sludge residue; and a settling tub for separating the sludge residue ejected from the anaerobic digestion tub into solid and liquid. According to the present invention, sludge is able to be treated at low costs with a high efficiency, and the solubilization of sludge is able to be maintained over a certain level.
