PURPOSE: A snout on a steel sheet galvanizing line is provided to reduce the increasing amount of evaporating zinc by blocking an exposure of a surface of molten steel in a molten zinc plating bath which is inside the snout. CONSTITUTION: A snout on a steel sheet galvanizing line includes a furnace(3), a molten zinc plating bath(20), and a snout(10). The molten zinc plating bath is prepared so that a steel sheet(S) which is heat-treated in the furnace can be put into a molten zinc plating solution. The snout enables a steel sheet to pass between the furnace and the molten zinc plating bath. The snout prevents the surface of the molten zinc plating solution from being exposed on the end part of the inside of the snout, and guides the steel sheet at the same time.
