摘要 PURPOSE: A reconstruction method for a 4D digital tomosynthesis is provided to use a bio-signal of extracted respiration and align an x-ray projection image. CONSTITUTION: A reconstruction device for a 4D digital tomosynthesis is comprised of an image collection controller, decompressing unit, a bio-signal extractor, an image alignment unit, and an image reconstruction unit. The image collection controller rotates an X-ray generator and an image extractor by a certain angle and obtains an image from an image detector(S110) The decompressing unit decompresses the projection file of the projection image(S120) The bio-signal extractor extracts a bio-signal of respiration of a patient from a decompressed projection image(S130). An image alignment unit aligns the decompressed projection image based the respiration of the patient based on the extracted bio-signal(S140).
