The present invention relates to polyolefin ionomers obtained by partially neutralizing or completely neutralizing a polyolefin composition containing a carboxylic acid group obtained by adding 5-50 parts by weight of cyclic polyolefin containing a carboxylic acid group for 100 parts by weight of linear polyolefin containing a carboxylic acid group, with a metal ionic compound, and to a manufacturing method of novel polyolefin ionomers inducing the reduction in a neutralization reaction time and improvement of a neutralization reaction uniformity. Polyolefin ionomers according to the present invention has excellent transparency, high hardness, and high rigidity so that they can be used in several industries such as golf ball covers, high-quality cosmetic containers, food packaging films, etc.
