PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a history management device which can find a call requiring attention easily, and to provide a history management method and a history management program.SOLUTION: A history management device 1 includes an acquisition unit 11 for acquiring fragment data indicating the action of an exchange to a call and the execution time of the action, a history generation unit 12 for generating history data indicating the history of response state of an agent to one call, from a plurality of fragment data thus acquired, an extraction unit 13 for extracting the history data satisfying predetermined conditions, respectively, out of the history data thus generated, an image generation unit 14 for generating the data of a display image indicating the information of the predetermined conditions, together with the information for specifying a call corresponding to the history data thus extracted, and a display control unit 15 for controlling so that a display image is displayed in a display unit. |
