The method involves forming a hole wall with an initial surface roughness at a main cutting edge of a drilling out tool. The initial surface roughness of the hole wall is increased after processed by the main cutting edge by using specific blade (1) without drilling out a hole. An independent claim is included for a tool for boring hole in the workpiece.
