PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a backlight assembly where influence on a light source due to deformation of a light guide plate is prevented.SOLUTION: A backlight assembly includes: a light guide plate; a light source at one side of the light guide plate and separated from the light guide plate; a circuit board on which the light source is mounted; and a buffer member between the light guide plate and the circuit board. The buffer member includes an opening that exposes the light source. |
