PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deodorant melt-blown nonwoven fabric useful for quickly decomposing and removing odorous components and harmful components discharged from cigarette, perspiration, building materials and the like to eliminate an odor, and method for producing the melt-blown nonwoven fabric.SOLUTION: The melt-blown nonwoven fabric comprises a copolyester resin. It is preferable that the copolyester resin comprises dicarboxylic acids in which 75 mol% or more is a terephthalic acid component, 1.0 mol% to 3.5 mol% is a metal salt component of a sulfoisophthalic acid, and 2.0 mol% to 10.0 mol% is a cyclohexanedicarboxylic acid component and 2.0 mol% to 8.0 mol% is an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid component. |
