<p>Provided is a method for optimizing the surface properties of ZnO-based transparent electroconductive film, characterized by comprising the step of smoothing the etch pits and convexes on the surface of etched ZnO-based transparent electroconductive film. Also provided is a ZnO-based transparent electroconductive film optimized by the method and a solar cell using the film. The method can smooth the etch pits and convexes on the surface of etched ZnO-based transparent electroconductive film, thereby reducing the short circuit of the cell.</p> |
