PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination device with less illuminance unevenness, and an imaging device, an inspection device, and an electronic apparatus employing the illumination device.SOLUTION: An illumination device 10A extends in an X direction and comprises: a plurality of first wiring 11 arranged in parallel in a Y direction intersecting with the X direction; second wiring 12 which extends in the Y direction and to which one ends of the plurality of first wiring 11 are connected; third wiring 13 which extends in the Y direction, provided at an outer side than the second wiring 12, and one end of which is connected with the second wiring 12; a first terminal part 17 to which the other end of the third wiring 13 is connected; fourth wiring 26 formed at least across in a region E1; fifth wiring which extends in the Y direction; and sixth wiring which extends in the X direction, electrically connected to the fourth wiring 26, and connected with the fifth wiring. An anode 2 as a first electrode for each of a plurality of organic EL elements 1 is connected with one of the plurality of first wiring 11, and a part of the fourth wiring 26 functions as a cathode 8 as a second electrode. |
