<p>[Problem] To provide an infusion pump capable of preventing the delivery of a drug solution of an excessive volume that differs from a previously determined set volume through the infusion tube by being configured so that drug solution delivery cannot be performed when the infusion tube cannot be correctly positioned with respect to the fluid delivery-driving unit. [Solution] The infusion pump (1) comprises: a tube-mounting section (50) for mounting an infusion tube (200) for infusion in the horizontal direction (fluid delivery direction (T)); a fluid delivery-driving unit (60) for sending the drug solution in the infusion tube (200) in the horizontal direction when the infusion tube (200) is mounted on the tube-mounting section (50); an open-close cover (5) installed on the main body (2) for covering the infusion tube (200) by being closed when the infusion tube (200) is positioned in a previously determined correct position (PK) of the fluid delivery-driving unit (60); and an abnormal infusion tube mounting prevention unit (800) for preventing the closing of the open-close cover (5) when the infusion tube (200) is positioned in an abnormal position (PV) that deviates from the correct position (PK) of the fluid delivery-driving unit (60).</p>
