The present invention provides a frying pan with a circuit unit mounted at a structure attached to the pan, which enables users to select a cooking menu and alarming the finish of cooking. The circuit unit has one constitution in which a menu selection device stores a time elapsed value between a time measurement start button operation and a time measurement finishing button operation in a menu designated state in a memory of a control unit as a cooking time of a designated menu; in which cooking time information of the designated menu is extracted from the memory according to an operation signal designating a menu by a menu selection device in cooking and is displayed on an LCD screen, and is set in a timer; and in which the timer in the control unit starts to operate according to a cooking time button operation signal and generates alarm sound when a preset cooking time elapsed. The circuit unit has another constitution in which a cooking time of each menu is measured by a manufacturer in advance and stored in the memory of the control unit by being connected to the menu; in which cooking time information of a selected menu by an operation signal of the menu selection device is extracted in cooking, is displayed on the LCD screen, and is set in the timer of the control unit; and in which the timer starts to operate according to an operation signal of a cooking start button and generates alarm sound when a preset time elapsed.
