The present invention relates to an air conditioner for a vehicle and more specifically, to an air conditioner for a vehicle which can apply an ordinary discharge structure simply in an air conditioning apparatus using a single mode door by applying the ordinary discharge structure on a temporary assembly member without forming a separate structure in the side of an air conditioning case or a door for ordinary discharge, by opening a part of a plurality of gear grooves of a thin plate member always by forming the ordinary discharge unit on the temporary assembly member for assembling a gear shaft and the thin plate member temporarily. The air conditioner of the present invention can control air flow and wind of quantity simply, and only need to correct an open groove part of the temporary assembly in case of controlling the ordinary air flow discharge and wind of quantity. Thus, mold correction can be done easily and thus development costs can be reduced.
