FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preserved maize mush production. The method envisages preparation of recipe components, carrots blanching and straining, maize grits blanching, ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake pouring with drinking water and maintenance for swelling, mixing the listed components (while heated) with maize oil, sugar, salt, vanillin and cinnamon, the produced mixture packing, sealing and sterilisation. All the components are taken at a specified content ratio.EFFECT: invention allows to reduce the product adhesion to container walls. |
