PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide efficient and selective dehydrogenation silanization and a non-noble metal-based crosslinking catalyst.SOLUTION: A method of reacting an unsaturated compound, silyl hydride and a mixture containing a following catalyst, and a cobalt complex containing a tridentate pyridine di-imine ligand represented by (I), where R1 and R5 are each a methyl group, R2 to R4 are each a hydrogen, R6 and R7 are each an alkyl group-substituted phenyl group, L is a nitrogen molecule, a hydroxyl group or a methyl group are provided.
