PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for screwing and tightening caps in which the yield of capping is high and the manufacturing efficiency is excellent.SOLUTION: The method for screwing and tightening caps, in which a cap 2 which has a screw part held by the capping head 3 is screwed and tightened to a container 1 which has a screw part, includes; a step in which the cap 2 is screwed and tightened to the container 1 by the normal rotation of a motor 4; a step, when poor screwing and tightening is decided by the surveillance of a screwing and tightening state, makes the motor 4 reverse rotate to an inter-meshing position where the screw part of the container 1 meshes together with the screw part of the cap 2; and a step, after the inter-meshing position is arrived at, makes the motor 4 normal rotation so as to carry out screwing and tightening. |
