A surgical saw of the present invention comprises: a handle; sawtooth; and a connection unit which connects the handle to the sawtooth. On the sawtooth, scale is formed. Therefore, cutting depth can easily be identified before, during, and after invasive surgery by the scale formed on the sawtooth and connection unit.
