The embodiments of the present invention provide a multi-selection processing method based on a touch screen and UE (user equipment). The multi-selection processing method based on the touch screen comprises the following steps: detecting a touch signal which is input by a user through the touch screen; determining whether the touch signal is a trigger signal for a multi-selection operation mode or not; and if the touch signal is the trigger signal for the multi-selection operation mode, enabling the multi-selection operating mode to enable the user to conduct multi-selection operation to data items displayed on the touch screen under the multi-selection operation mode. In the technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the invention, whether the multi-selection operation mode is enabled or not is determined by determining whether the touch signal input by the user through the touch screen is the trigger signal for the multi-selection operation mode or not, and once the multi-selection operation mode is enabled, the user can conduct multi-selection operation to the data items displayed on the touch screen conveniently under the situation that the multi-selection operation mode is enabled, so the steps of multi-selection operation by the user to the UE can be simplified and the operating efficiency is improved. |
