<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage slight in side effects and presenting collagen-increasing effect. <P>SOLUTION: A rosemary-fermented extract presenting collagen-increasing effect is obtained by the treatment, with magnesium ceramic beads, of a fermented liquid prepared by admixing rosemary powder, soybeans, and Bacillus Natto together followed by making a fermentation. The beverage presenting collagen-increasing effect contains 0.1-1 wt.% of the rosemary-fermented extract, and further, 0.004-0.4 wt.% of ceramide, and 0.03-3 wt.% of placenta. Contribution to collagen production is achieved by such practices that: the rosemary-fermented extract activates a collagen synthase; the ceramide protects fibroblast membrane; and the placenta serves as a source of supply of amino acid(s). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
