The ear piece has receiver that is arranged between two casing sections (5,6). The sound channel and pressurized air channel are formed between receiver and casing section. The sound outlet (14) is connected with receiver output port of the receiver and sound channel. The balloon (1) is connected with pressurized air channel. The proximate portion of the pressurized air channel is connected with air supply line. An independent claim is included for hearing instrument.
