The actuation device has a U-shaped carrier (11) displaceable on a guide (15) transverse to a turning axis of a turning device (1). The guide is provided at a support frame (16). The turning device is pivotably connected with the carrier and hinged at perpendicular legs of the carrier by a strap (7). A lifting tool (52) lifts the turning device during lifting process. The lifting tool is attached at a side (80) of the turning device, where the side lies opposite to the strap. The frame is mounted on lifting devices (21-23) and tilted by the lifting devices.
