The present invention discloses a converter for an LED lighting device and an LED lighting control system using power line communication. According to an execution example of the invention, the converter and the LED lighting control system using power line communication include a half-wave part rectifying part rectifying AC power, a switch part outputting a signal outputted from the rectifying part as primary DC power by switching it, a DC rectifying part providing secondary DC power to an LED lighting device by rectifying the primary DC power, a power line communication module outputting a dimming signal and an ID or the ID by detecting the dimming signal granted to the ID and the ID of the lighting device included in the AC power by receiving AC power, and a digital power control part generating a power control signal applied to the switch part through the dimming signal outputted from the power communication module and the DC power fed back from the LED lighting device.
