A thread break-down display device for the embroidery machine by using needle pole and a method are provided to display the thread break-down making use of the needle bar in case the thread break-down is generated by watching each head unit of the embroidery machine and to distinguish fastly and easily the break-down generation head unit by dropping the corresponding needle bar at the same time which operates the head lamp part of the head unit generated with the thread break-down. A thread break-down display device for the embroidery machine by using needle pole comprises the followings: the thread break-down detection unit which watches the embroidery thread tension of the head unit, detects the thread break-down, and confirms respectively the needle bar(66) information and head information; the controller which provides, records and displays the thread break-down generation needle bar and head information from the thread break-down detection unit, operates the head lamp, controls so that the thread break-down needle bar be descended, and watches so that the embroidery of the design is loaded be produced; the head lamp part(64) which indicated respectively it was generated with the thread break-down in the head unit(30) by the control of controller; the head driving part which produces the embroidery of the design pattern operating the selected needle bar of the head unit and operates the needle bar with the thread break-down to the lowered position by the control of controller; the location perception part which confirms the needle bar lowered position of the head unit by the control of controller. |
