Pre-heating equipment for a welding process

Pre-heating equipment 200 for a welding process comprises a pre-heater head 201 configured to direct gases to the weld components to be reacted, a pre-heater module 203, the module 203 comprising a gas inlet (301, figure 3) for receiving a pressurised gas, and a gas outlet (302, figure 3) for allowing the pressurised gas to flow from the module 203 towards the pre-heater head 201, and at least one gas conduit 204 configured to direct the pressurised gas from a pressurised gas supply 207 to the preheater module 203. The equipment 200 further comprises gas pressure measurement means 206 for measuring the gas pressure, and temperature measurement means for measuring temperature. The pre-heater module 203 is further configured to convert data from the gas pressure measurement means and the temperature measurement means into digital information. The pre-heater module 203 is configured to provide the converted digital information visually and/or audibly.
