The present invention enables a structure of a fusible safety valve used in a toxic gas container to be sequentially operated as a primary safety valve, a secondary safety valve, etc. in a multi-layer structure of a safety valve before being used + a spring type safety valve, etc., so that toxic gas is blocked in case of a leak of a fusible safety valve, a fusible safety valve is operated in case of fire around the toxic gas container, and a spring type safety valve is operated when pressure in the toxic gas container increases; that is a structure in which toxic gas is released from the container when a safety device is double-acting and the invention has a device for manually shutting off when toxic gas is continuously leaking due to failure of the spring type safety valve. |
