The present invention relates to a coolant manufacturing apparatus, which enables to manufacture coolant, which is manufactured in a square plate input for controlling the temperature of molten metal in steel manufacturing, with one press. In a coolant manufacturing apparatus manufacturing coolant in a square shape by cutting with an upper mold and a lower mold of a press shearing a steel sheet, molding blades of the upper mold and the lower mold shearing a steel sheet are installed to be orthogonal to the progressive direction of the steel sheet, triangular blades, which have the same shape as the shape that the coolant to be manufactured is diagonally cut from the corner, are continuously formed in the direction orthogonal to the progressive direction of the steel sheet; the upper mold and the lower mold move one pitch to the orthogonal direction to the progress direction of the steel sheet while the steel sheet moves one pitch in the progressive direction. The upper mold and the lower mold are able to be realized as a coolant manufacturing apparatus reciprocating every two pitches. According to the present invention, as coolant is able to be produced with one press, the facilities are able to be equipped at a lower cost than the past. Coolant is rapidly produced as the manufacturing process of coolant is simple. |
