<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a wiring board which is free of a position shift of a connection conductor in an insulating resin layer by devising the connection conductor, has excellent conductivity of connection by the connection conductor, and also has electric characteristics made much higher than before. <P>SOLUTION: A projection member 4a made of metal is joined to one surface of a metal foil 3a in one body, the surface of the metal foil 3a is pressed against one principal surface of the insulating resin layer 2a to press the projection member 4a into the insulating resin layer 2a, and the connection conductor in the insulating resin layer 2a is formed of the projection member 4a. Consequently, the projection member 4a does not shift in position depending upon, for example, a prepreg of the insulating resin layer 2a, and the contact interface between the metal foil 3a and projection member 4a is a contact interface between metals to be tolerant of a heat shock (temperature change) etc. A tip part of the projection member 4a is joined to the metal foil 5a by soldering etc., and then the metal foils 3a, 5a are connected through the projection member 4a in a state of extremely small contact resistance, thereby manufacturing the wiring board 1a which is greatly improved in electric characteristics. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
