PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle diagnosis device resuming diagnosis and utilizing diagnosis results before suspension even if the diagnosis is suspended. SOLUTION: The vehicle diagnosis device 14 monitors an inspection state, continues the inspection when determining that the inspection state is normal, suspends the inspection when determining that the inspection state is not normal, and then resumes inspection when determining that the inspection state has become normal.
