A color implementation method for a touch panel includes: a step of forming photosensitive material on top of transparent adhesive material; a step of masking the photosensitive material on the touch panel except for the bezel area where a color to hide a bus electrode for sending a signal is put on; a step of forming a metal oxide layer on the front side of the touch panel; a step of peeling off the area where the photosensitive material is masked to leave the metal oxide layer on the bezel area on top of the transparent material; and a step of blanking and attaching the transparent material and the metal oxide layer formed on the bezel area appropriate for a window glass.
