<p>The present invention discloses a device for measuring a biosignal in real time according to cardiac ischemia and reperfusion. The device comprises an operating pump for pumping perfusate from a solution storage, storing the perfusate; a pressure trap for cancelling the pulsation of both sides between the solution storage and a solution chamber temporarily storing the pumped perfusate; a heat exchanger for exchanging the heat of the perfusate after receiving the temporarily stored perfusate; a bubble trap for receiving and filtering the perfusate with the exchanged heat at one side and delivering the same to an extracted heart connected to the other side; a sensor part sensing the gas concentration value of the extracted heart in real time during reperfusion of the cardiac ischemia; and a control part receiving the sensed gas concentration value for analyzing the correlation with the damage of the cardiac muscle of the extracted heart.</p>
