PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiographic device and a radiographic system which can detect the irradiation of a radiation with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A radiographic device includes: a scintillator 113 converting a radiation into a first light; a photoelectric conversion part 111 including a plurality of photoelectric conversion elements which convert the first light into an electric signal; and a photodetector 117 detecting the first light. The photoelectric conversion part and the photodetector are arranged in a manner to sandwich the scintillator in between.
