A lateral floating-ice collision preventing device and a vessel including the same are disclosed. The lateral floating-ice collision preventing device according to the present invention includes a plurality of flaps of which the lower parts are joined to the lateral surface of the vessel to be rotated around a hull to the outer side of the hull and which form a predetermined angle with the lateral surfaces of the vessel; and a driving unit rotating the flaps. |
