PURPOSE: A screening method of an inhibitor of female skin aging is provided to rapidly diagnose the degree of skin aging using genes, to develop inhibitors of skin aging, and to evaluate the inhibitors. CONSTITUTION: A screening method of an inhibitor of female skin aging caused by deficiency of female hormone comprises: a step of treating a cell with a test compound; and a step of checking promoted expression of ZNFN1A1 genes in the cell after treatment. The method also comprises a step of checking promoted expression of a gene selected from the group consisting of SREBF1(SREBP1), LMO2, TFAP2A, MEF2A, LEF1, RUNX2(OSF2), PATZ1(MAZR), THRA, NKX2-5, SOX5, MYOG, MEIS1, IRF1, GATA3, AP1(FOS/JUN), TBP, SP1, HNF4A, KLF12(AP2REP), NKX2-1(TTF1), MYOD1, RUNX1(AML1), and ZEB1 (AREB6).
