PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination auxiliary tool that is attached to a flashlight for uniformly illuminating surroundings and that can be used as a recognition light, while solving problems such as a narrow irradiation range of flashlights widespread among households as a lighting apparatus to illuminate a target object, necessity of separately purchasing an apparatus such as a lantern to uniformly illuminate surroundings by simply placing it, and insufficiency of flashlights as a recognition light to present and indicate itself in the darkness due to a narrow irradiation range of flashlights even though it is important to make a driver recognize the presence of a person for prevention of traffic accidents at night.SOLUTION: A translucent cap of a taper shape is attached to a tip end of a commercially available flashlight so as to diffuse light uniformly. A light illumination range and a light diffusion range can be controlled by changing a shape and material of the cap. For prevention of detachment of the cap, an adapter is used between the flashlight and the cap. An illumination auxiliary tool is provided by the above configuration. |
