METHOD FOR EXTRACTION OF PURE PRIMARY COLOR INFORMATION OF DISPLAY

A color information extracting method of a display according to the present invention includes: a first step for measuring tristimulus values which are displayed in a red (R) pixel, a green (G) pixel, and a blue (B) pixel in case a gradation is 0, 1, or n by using a CIE 1931 XYZ coordinate system; a second step for calculating increment tristimulus values which are the tristimulus values of light which is emitted from self-pixels from which a light leakage is removed by using the tristimulus values measured in the first step; and a third step for calculating real tristimulus values which include leakage information of light which corresponds to the increment tristimulus values and the leakage information of light which is emitted only from the self-pixels by using the tristimulus values measured in the first step and the increment tristimulus values.
