PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably and efficiently trim a panel.SOLUTION: An upper die 20 is driven between a raised position and a lowered position by an electric motor. A lower die 40 is driven between the lowered position and the raised position by a hydraulic cylinder. A fixing mechanism of the upper die 20 (fixed part/fixation device formed in a guide rod) is provided for inhibiting movement of the upper die 20 positioned in the lowered position to the side of the raised position. In the state where the lower die 40 is positioned in the lowered position, pressing force is not generated between both dies across the panel P during a period when the upper die 20 moves from the raised position to the lowered position. In the state where the upper die 20 is positioned in the lowered position, pressing force is generated between both dies across the panel P at least in a portion during the period when the lower die 40 moves from the lowered position to the raised position. By this arrangement, the panel P is placed in a positional relationship to be trimmed. |
