APPARATUS FOR PREPARING POLYCHLORO ALUMIUNIUM

摘要

This new manufacturing system of polyaluminum chloride has improved inner wall composition of the reaction tank and heating system. Acid resistant rubber (3) is coated on the inner wall of reaction tank (1) which has a stirring fan (2). And acid resistant electric pope heaters (6) are set up at discretion in the reactor (5). Pref. acid resistant rubber coating is mixture of natural rubber, neoprene rubber, synthetic rubber, ebonite, vulcanizing accelerator, and the other chemicals. The above electric popes are made of carbon, ceramics and titanium.
