The present invention relates to an adaptive route related information providing system and a method thereof. According to the present invention, disclosed is a configuration of an adaptive route related information providing system, an apparatus and a terminal constituting the system and an information providing method. The adaptive route related information providing system includes: a user terminal for providing at least one of current position information and destination information according to navigation function activation; and an information providing service device which calculates at least one of route detail map information and route essential map information which have different detail drawing of map information about at least one spot of a fixed spot on a moving route and the destination and the current position provided by the user terminal, and provides the calculated information for the user terminal.
