PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To excellently bring a liquid supply portion of a liquid storage container and a liquid introduction port of a liquid consuming device into contact with each other.SOLUTION: A liquid storage container is mounted to a device consuming liquid while being rotated about a fulcrum portion and supplies the liquid via an introduction portion provided in the device. The liquid storage container includes: a container that includes a storage portion for storing the liquid; a discharge port 291 that communicates with the storage portion and discharges the liquid inside the storage portion to an outside of the container; a communication port 281 that is provided between the storage portion and the discharge port 291 and throttles a flow rate of the liquid flowing from the storage portion to the discharge port 291; a container side filter 273 that is provided to the container in a state of covering the discharge port 291 and is brought into contact with the introduction portion when the liquid storage container is mounted to the device; and a plate spring 271 that is provided between the container side filter 273 and a communication port 281 and biases the container side filter 273 from an inside of the container toward the outside of the container in a planar manner.
