PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging device capable of preventing offset variation.SOLUTION: The solid-state imaging device includes a plurality of first unit pixels for generating signals by photoelectric conversion, a first output line connected to the first unit pixels, and a first amplifier for amplifying signals of the first output line. The first amplifier includes an operational amplifier (401), an initialization switch (404) whose one end is connected to an output terminal of the operational amplifier, and an offset adjusting unit (402) connected between the other end of the initialization switch and an input terminal of the operational amplifier. The offset adjusting unit has a transistor whose source and drain are connected to each other. |
