PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing by which an aluminum alloy can be also used for a tube assembly of a heat exchanger for which durability is required.SOLUTION: A tube 2 to be used for a tube assembly 1 of a heat exchanger forms a circular tube and is prepared by reducing the diameter of one-end parts 7 and 8 of the circular tube and flattening another part 3 of the circular tube. A transfer region is partially formed by reducing the diameter of the one-end parts of the circular tube and is further formed by flattening the tube.
