PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal fitting structure which can downsize a terminal housing part.SOLUTION: In a terminal fitting structure for fitting a terminal 2 into a terminal housing part, the terminal 2 has: a connection 21 in an elongated plate shape; a pair of wing parts 22 erected in the same direction from both ends in a width direction of the connection 21, for releasing heat; an engaging hole 23 formed in the connection 21 and between the pair of wing parts 22; a pair of core wire caulking pieces 24 for caulking a core wire of an electric wire 3; and a pair of insulation coating caulking pieces 25 for caulking an insulation coating part of the electric wire 3. Also, a space between the pair of wing parts 22 is opened across the whole area. The terminal housing part has: a cylinder part for housing the terminal 2; a lance engaged with the engaging hole 23 and positioned between the pair of wing parts 22; and a pair of lance protection walls for locating the lance therebetween and positioned between the pair of wing parts 22. |
