PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealed electric compressor of a structure capable of reducing degradation of performance due to flow channel resistance of a working fluid.SOLUTION: In a scroll compressor 1, a tip portion 2g1 of a suction pipe 2g in which a working fluid is circulated, is inserted to a suction port 5a for sucking the working fluid to be compressed by a compressing mechanism portion 3, to the compressing mechanism portion 3 to mount the suction pipe 2g, and a press-fitting member 2h for pressing the tip portion 2g1 over the whole periphery from an inner side to press-fit the tip portion 2g1 to a peripheral wall 5a1 of the suction port 5a, is disposed inside of the suction pipe 2g. An enlarged portion for accommodating the press-fitting member 2h is formed on the suction pipe 2g, an inner diameter of the enlarged portion is larger than an inner diameter of a base portion formed from one end free from the tip portion 2g1 of the suction pipe 2g to the enlarged portion, and an outer diameter of the press-fitting member 2h is equal to or more than the inner diameter of the base portion, less than the inner diameter of the enlarged portion, and larger than the inner diameter of the tip portion 2g1. |
