The present invention relates to an implantable artificial excretory apparatus having a configuration where an excretory device connects to a rectum, etc. In the excretory device, a peristaltic movement unit having a peristaltic means collecting excreta and enabling excreta to be moved by a peristaltic movement and a switching unit having a switching means which is connected to the peristaltic movement unit and which blocks or opens an outlet by reducing or enlarging the diameter of the outlet are integrally extended. The excretory apparatus is also comprised of an actuator which is connected to transmit air pressure to the peristaltic movement unit and the switching unit and which is separately installed from the excretion device; and as the apparatus is made to collect or discharge excreta as if an anus does, a problem of outflowing contents can be solved. |
