PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration isolation structure with a heavy machine placed thereon, having high practicality.SOLUTION: A vibration isolation structure 10 with a heavy machine placed thereon is formed from a plate-shaped open cell polyurethane foam 20 of a thermosetting resin and a rigid sole plate 22 placed on the polyurethane foam. Vibration in the case where a heavy machine 24 is traveled or worked on the rigid sole plate can be absorbed by the polyurethane foam. An apparent density of the polyurethane foam (JIS K 7222) is from 100 to 600 kg/m, non-mounting thickness t1 that is thickness of the polyurethane foam in the case where the rigid sole plate and the heavy machine are not being placed thereon, is from 20 to 120 mm, and compressibility (t-t)/tof the polyurethane foam in the case where the iron sole plate and the heavy machine are being placed thereon, is 5% or more and less than 40%. Thus, vibration can be absorbed appropriately by the thin polyurethane foam and practicality of the vibration isolation structure with the heavy machine placed thereon is improved. |
