The present invention relates to an eluent automatic production device for chromatography and an eluent automatic production method using the same, more specifically to: an eluent automatic production device for chromatography which can produce reliable eluent for a long time by using eluent highly concentrated for more than 10 times compare to the concentration of eluent regularly used for the chromatography, and automatically diluting the highly concentrated eluent with ultrapure water; and an eluent automatic production method using the same.
