PURPOSE: Red ginseng wine is provided to have high ginsenoside content without separate intake of red ginseng. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing red ginseng wine comprises the steps of: washing red ginseng; steaming and drying the washed red ginseng; extracting the red ginseng with warm water; sterilizing the warm water extract of red ginseng; adding sugar, brewage water, and yeast to the sterilized red ginseng extract and fermenting the mixture; maturing the fermented mixture at 20-25°C for 30-50 days; and filtering the matured mixture.
