The system (4) has an assembly unit converting rotation of a rotary device (63) into displacement of upper bolts (65a) and lower bolts (65b) according to three configurations. The upper bolts are positioned in a locking position and the lower bolts are positioned in unlocking position in the first configuration. The upper bolts and the lower bolts are positioned in the locking position in the second configuration. The upper bolts are positioned in the unlocking position and the lower bolts are positioned in the locking position in the third configuration. An independent claim is also included for a closed enclosure.
